What is the Carving Hub?
The Carving Hub is primarily a website that was built to hold information on annual carving events in the Northern Midwest, that don’t have a website of their own.
Why only the Northern Midwest?
We needed to start somewhere – and as Becky, the volunteer who runs the site is based out of North Dakota, adding in States or Provinces that surround ND and are within easy travel distance get to take precedence. If the site proves successful, and people make use of it, then more places can always be added in at a later date.
How much does it cost to add an event listing?
Nothing! Just give us as much information as you can, and we’ll get it listed.
Can I advertise my carving club?
Carving Clubs and Groups may be listed under their appropriate State or Province. Individual peoples’ pages will not be listed. For example – an individual is part of the Flickertail Woodcarvers which is listed under North Dakota. The person also has a page dedicated to their own carvings, which is not listed (unless they are an instructor or vendor).
Can I advertise carvings or tools for sale?
No – this site is not set up for sales.
