Welcome to the Hub
This site is dedicated to finding wood carving opportunities and classes around the Midwest area. It was the brainchild of a carving weekend, lamenting that there wasn’t an online hub of sorts to find more carving weekends!
This site has four main goals:
- Link to existing carving events’ webpages, or create a page for events that do not already have a page or social media.
- Link to carving clubs that have a website / social media.
- Create a simple page with contact information for carving groups that do NOT already have a website. However – it will only stay as updated as the information you give us!
- Link to, or create a page for Instructors / Carving Supply Vendors who are willing to travel to the States / Provinces listed (or at least some of them).
If you would like to donate to the cost of running this site, please consider:
“Buy me a coffee” is a platform that can accept tips and donations. Every dollar helps! To reserve the name “carvinghub” is $36/year. I don’t like annoying popups and ads, so the baseline add-free website is $4/month, or $48/year.

This site is a prototype, run by volunteers. Depending on what the carving community wants / needs, the site may change to better fit that idea.
